I was just at a friend's house who has this cookbook, and just after spending the week prior in Israel, I have to say the visuals themselves satisfied my yearnings for the top notch chummus and stuffed eggplant you could only find in Israel. But maybe this fall, we'll find all that good stuff at the hillel cafe :)
