soup- coconut potato or north african chicken & red lentil stew
house salad with choice of dressing

grilled chicken breast with roasted carrots, green beans, & mushroom jus


moroccan braised lamb & beef with olives, onions, apricots, tomato & couscous

sweet potato fritters with barbeque sauce, sauteed peppers & onions, & pinto bean salad

desserts- honey cake or chocolate chip cookies
