dinner menu 12/6/11

lentil soup or southwest beef stew
house salad with choice of dressing
farfalle pasta salad

marinated hanger steak, white bean & sweet potato hash with mushrooms, duck confit, & brussels sprouts, dijon aioli

north african spiced cornish hen, mint & parsley couscous, mixed vegetables, date & ginger jam

salmon filet, wild rice, sauteed greens, tangy citrus dressing

roasted eggplant, penne pasta, mint & almond pesto, spinach, sun dried tomatoes & capers

desserts: black & white cookie or apple turnover
