braised indian spiced lamb shank, golden raisin rice, sauteed spinach & tomatoes

poached chicken breast with artichoke & asparagus over fettuccine with tomatoes, basil, & pinenuts

roasted salmon filet, apple date chutney, roasted brussels sprouts, toasted pistachio barley

apple turnover or almond raisin bars
