dinner menu 4/17/12

creamy corn & asparagus soup
house salad with choice of dressing

african peanut beef with jalapeno & ginger, rice, black eyed peas

pistachio encrusted chicken breast, sweet potato orzo, sauteed spinach, cherry sauce

glazed salmon filet, date apple chutney, barley rice pilaf, roasted brussels sprouts

dessert- almond raisin bars, apple turnovers
