Dinner Menu 4/18/2012

1st-

baby spinach salad with candied pecans, apple, red onion, roasted beets and pistachio viniagrette
OR
potato leek soup
indian lamb and rice

Main-
roast beer with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach
chicken with asparagus risotto and corn and tomato salad
salmon with rice barley pilaf and mixed vegetables

Desserts- fruit salad or blueberry cake or apple turnover
