dinner menu 9/20/11

caramelized onion bisque or lamb, orzo & tomato soup
house salad with choice of dressing
arugula salad with couscous, chickpeas, & carrots

herbed roast beef, white bean arugula & mushroom fricasse, orzo pasta, yellow tomato relish

roasted duck quarter, chipotle honey glaze, roasted sweet potatoes, kohlrabi, peppers, & onions

pan seared salmon filet, wild rice, roasted zucchini and onions, & basil aioli

desserts- apple crisp, chocolate cardamom cake with coconut sorbet, or melon sorbet
