dinner menu 9/8/11

soups- potato corn chowder & italian beef stew
house salad with choice of dressing

roast duck, balsamic cherry compote, roasted carrots, caramelized onion bread pudding

meat loaf with roasted redskins & sauteed mixed vegetables

smoked trout fritters with corn, red pepper & scallions risotto


desserts- mandarin ginger sorbet or molasses cake
