dinner menu 1/10/12

southern style duck & white bean stew or creamy potato asparagus soup
house salad with choice of dressing

asian peanut ginger beef, eggplant & mixed vegetables, basmati rice

roasted cornish hen, sauteed kale, onions, tomatoes & roasted yukon gold potatoes

pan seared trout filet, rosemary & pink peppercorn, cranberry orange couscous, asparagus

desserts- apple crisp or chocolate pudding
