white bean & wild rice soup
house salad with choice of dressing
farfalle pasta salad


shoulder lamb chops with dijon & white wine, roasted redskins, sauteed spinach

roasted 1/2 cornish hen, mustard seed green beans, roasted sweet potatoes & cajun spiced sauce

trout filet with sweet potato stuffing & roasted brussels sprouts

rosemary & garlic tofu with roasted squash & mushroom fettuccine & balsamic syrup

desserts- chocolate cake, cinnamon raisin bread pudding, apple cranberry crumble, or toasted coconut cupcake
