dinner menu 1/30/12

First course: Vegetarian chili, Parsnip soup or House salad with choice of dressing

Main course: 1) Meat loaf with a wild rice blend and roasted brussels sprouts
                      2) Mustard chicken with grilled polenta and black bean salad
                      3) Salmon with green beans, roasted redskins and tomato red pepper sauce
                      4) Fettuccine with ratatouille and grilled eggplant

Dessert course: Chocolate chip cookie, Banana cake or Apple cinnamon cake
