fall break part III

lunch menu

soup of the day: creamy pumpkin or split pea
house salad with choice of dressing

deli: turkey pastrami or roast beef, egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad

specials: bbq beef sandwich, ranch chicken wings with celery


dinner menu

soup of the day or house salad

leek & chicken fritters with sweet chili sauce, roasted vegetables and mixed greens

lamb and eggplant phyllo pie with hummus and vegetables

baked salmon with pumpkin seeds, squash sweet potato puree, and roasted cauliflower

roasted pumpkin 1/2 stuffed with cranberry almond rice, spinach salad

dessert: pumpkin spice cake or apple crisp
