soup of the day or house salad with choice of dressing

hanger steak with roasted mushrooms and onions, green beans & mashed potatoes


roasted turkey breast with chicken sausage and red pepper stuffing, squash and black beans, chipotle aioli

baked salmon filet with apple ginger chutney, soy sesame kale, and curried cauliflower puree

desserts- pear cobbler, cranberry oat bar, or pear sorbet
