dinner menu

soups- beef chili or creamy squash
house salad with choice of dressing

grilled chicken breast, shallot tomato relish, steamed broccoli, roasted yukon gold potatoes with mustard & black pepper

brown sugar encrusted salmon filet, roasted butternut squash, fried sage leaves, apple glaze

roasted lamb chop, mint almond pesto, spicy tomato couscous, sauteed peppers, onions, and baby spinach

dessert: chocolate chip cookie bar or peanut butter bar with chocolate
