chiptole mole sauce & rice

roasted middle eastern lamb and vegetable platter
with hummus, garlic sauce, & housemade pita bread
*can be served vegetarian

roasted orange mint chicken, parsnips, roasted brussels sprouts

desserts: cinnamon merengue, italian apple doughnuts
