basil chicken breast or salmon filet with yukon gold mash potatoes, spicy roasted brussels sprouts, and red pepper rouille

north african beef stew with onions, red peppers, apricots, and sweet potato over black live, ornage and almond couscous

indian curried lamb with chickpeas, tomato, onions, and spinach over garam masala rice homemade chapati bread

vegetarian mixed bean cassoulet, green beans, tomato and red pepper, creamy polenta
