soups- beef, vegetable lentil or creamy roasted root

house salad with choice of dressing or mediterranean pasta salad

brown sugar and pink peppercorn salmon with roasted sweet potatoes, shallots, rosemary, and green beans

veal roast with apple glaze with roasted carrots and green beans

soy glazed turkey breast with cranberry chutney, hazelnut sweet potato stuffing, & sauteed kale

penne pasta with sun dried tomatoes, spinach, and roasted garlic topped with your choice of grilled portabella or rosemary encrusted chicken breast


desserts- apple crisp, frozen peanut butter chocolates, or cocoa brownies
