dinner menu

soups- creamy squash or split pea
house salad with choice of dressing

pan seared salmon with potato latkes, poached egg, creole remoulade, and roasted asparagus

tomato & horseradish beef, with roasted mushrooms, sage, and celery, warm couscous

penne pasta, roasted sun dried tomatoes, shallots, mushrooms, lemon parsley oil, and grilled eggplant

desserts: apple cinnamon italian doughnuts, cranberry apple crisp, or cinnamon merengues
