dinner menu

soups- african lentil & beef or white bean & vegetable
mixed green salad with apples, dried cranberries, hazelnuts, & celery
with choice of dressing

rib-eye roast with soy sage sauce, brussels sprouts, & mashed potatoes

roasted turkey breast with tomato eggplant ragout, lemon couscous, and parsley gremolata

baked salmon filet with sage & sweet potato risotto, green beans & sun dried tomato pesto

desserts- lemon poppyseed cake, brownies or apple crisp
