soups- black bean & tomato or beef & vegetable
or house salad with choice of dressing

moroccan lamb tagine with apricot olive couscous

spicy chickpeas, marinated vegetable salad, & apricot olive couscous

southwest beef stuffed red pepper, wild rice, grilled yellow squash

herb de provence salmon filet, roasted redskins, grilled yellow squash, lemon garlic aioli

desserts- cinnamon chcolate bread pudding or zucchini cake
