dinner menu 11/10/11

lamb & white bean chili or red lentil soup
house salad with choice of dressing

thyme & garlic beef stew, mire poix vegetables, roasted mushroom barley

garlic paprika cornish hen, mashed sweet potato & parsnip, field greens & roasted radishes

baked salmon filet, dijon mustard sauce, sweet potato & brussels sprouts hash, poached egg

spicy breaded tofu, farm greens, candied pistachio, roasted red beets, sliced apple, jalapeno lime vinaigrette

desserts- caramel pudding, rice pudding, apple cherry crisp, or chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting
