dinner menu 11/17/11

beef mushroom barley soup or roasted autumn root soup
house salad with choice of dressing
autumn salad with dried cherries, apples, & candied pistachios

stuffed red pepper with braised lamb, couscous, herbed wild rice

hanger steak with caramelized onions, beet greens, portobello potatoes & red wine emulsion

caribbean chicken breast with spaghetti squash, spinach & mushrooms

duxelles trout filet, mushroom breadcrumb stuffing, baby potatoes & green beans

desserts- chocolate cake with raspberry coulis, rice pudding, or caramel pudding
