dinner menu 11/30/11

beef chili or chickpea squash stew
house salad with choice of dressing

beef & wild rice stuffed poblano pepper, squash puree, orange jalapeno slaw, house made salsa

roasted cornish hen, sweet potato, brussels sprouts & pepper hash

steamed trout filet with lemon pepper, roasted potatoes with parsley, green beans & sun dried tomatoes

desserts- chocolate cookies, chocolate pudding, or espresso chiffon cake with espresso glaze
