dinner menu 11/14/11

beef mushroom barley soup or  potato vegetable soup
house salad with choice of dressing

indian garam masala lank shank, basmati rice, & curried vegetables in coconut milk

baked simple cornish hen, roasted organic carrots & parsnips, tomatoes & rainbow chard in vinaigrette

pan seared salmon filet, potato croquettes,  farm greens & horseradish sauce

desserts- rice pudding, caramel pudding, chocolate cake or pineapple upside down cake
