beef, vegetable & wild rice or tomato soup
house salad with choice of dressing
farfalle pasta salad

turkey, turkey pastrami, pastrami, chicken salad, waldorf tuna salad, or curried egg salad
BBQ beef sandwich
smoked salmon & asparagus quiche with roasted potatoes & farm greens
salmon filet with pistachio honey glaze & chickpea carrot beet salad
sweet curry cornish hen with couscous salad
asian peanut sesame noodles with tofu, red pepper & scallions
