beef chili or potato soup
house salad with your choice of dressing

moroccan beef with apricots, olives, onions, & carrots over citrus couscous

chicken breast, mashed redskins, roasted carrots

herbed salmon filet, mashed redskins, roasted carrots

roasted herb rubbed lamb chop, potato polenta, roasted summer squash & tomatoes


desserts- peanut butter brownies or apple cinnamon cake
