soups- sweet potato or zucchini
house salad with choice of dressing


blackened salmon filet, asparagus, yukon gold mash potatoes, red pepper rouille

beef risotto with asparagus, shallot, mushroom, & sun-dried tomato, with roasted acorn squash & baby spinach

indian chicken curry with eggplant & onions, basmati rice, chapati bread

desserts- apple crisp, brownie, or hazelnut maple cookies
