soup- beef, mushroom & wild rice
house salad with your choice of dressing
penne pasta salad with olives, sun dried tomatoes, peppers, & celery

braised lamb shank with vegetable couscous & spiced apricot tomato sauce

breaded baked chicken thighs with black eyed pea & red pepper salad & mustard horseradish potato salad

vegetarian risotto with butternut squash, roasted portabella mushrooms, & sauteed kale


desserts- apple crisp, chocolate cake with hazelnut glaze or orange spice poppy cake
