soups- chicken vegetable barley or corn & potato chowder
house salad with choice of dressing

chicken breast with wild rice, roasted butternut squash, asparagus & lemon cilantro remoulade

bbq beef burritos with bean & corn salad, rice, and cilantro poblano salsa

seared salmon cakes with red pepper, asparagus, shallots over potatoes with wilted spinach & a poached egg


desserts- peanut butter bars, molasses cookies, orange cake with vanilla frosting
