dinner menu 3/5/12

tomato mushroom soup
house salad with choice of dressing

roast beef with apricot molasses bbq sauce, roasted sweet potatoes & brussels sprouts

duck confit, blueberry chipotle glaze, beet & green onion couscous, coffee & cardamom roasted carrots & onions

pan seared salmon, roasted potatoes & parsnips, asparagus, lemon caper white wine sauce

desserts- peanut butter cookies or sweet potato crisp
