soups- black bean chili or split pea & barley

house salad with choice of dressing

asian beef, stir fried vegetables, fried brown rice, ginger soy sauce

roasted turkey breast with roasted butternut squash, brussels sprouts, & spiced tomato honey glaze

indian chickpea & tomato curry with green beans & rice

desserts- chocolate gingersnaps or strawberry shortcake
