Chicken Breast with Spicy Red Pepper Sauce, Herbed Rice and Roasted Zucchini

Salmon with Lemon Tartar Sauce, Green Beans and Tomato Eggplant Cous Cous   

Desserts: Apple Cobbler, Spice Cake with Vanilla Icing or PB Cookies
