soups- curried potato or creamy chicken mushroom
house salad with choice of dressing

moroccan lamb shank with olives, apricots, onions, tomatoes & celery over cous cous & wild rice with pistachios and dried cranberries

rib-eye steak or roasted chicken with herbs & black pepper, asparagus & mashed potatoes

vegetarian roasted portabella mushroom cap with toasted barley, sun dried tomatoes, sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli & curry sauce

penne pasta with beef and roasted mushroom marinara

desserts: chocolate chip cookies, strawberry sorbet, or chocolate covered coconut truffles
