soups -creamy broccoli cauliflower or split pea & barley
house salad with choice of dressing

roasted chicken breast, arborio rice, roasted mushrooms, sun dried tomato & herb spread, fried sage leaves

roasted veal with roasted potatoes, onions, carrots, & celery, sage aioli, crispy onions

smoked salmon & green onion bread pudding, cauliflower puree, grilled green onions

dessert- chocolate gingersnaps, strawberry shortcake
