carrot soup or house salad with choice of dressing


baked salmon filet with ancho chile spice, butternut squash puree & sauteed kale with apple and onion

roasted chicken breast with sundried tomato pesto, roasted mustard brussels sprouts and roasted parsnips

asian sesame beef, ginger rice, steamed broccoli


dessert: pineapple brown sugar cake, chocolate covered strawberries, or chocolate chile brownie
