soups: sweet potato, broccoli & wild rice, or beef chili
house salad with your choice of dressing

north african beef, onions, red peppers, apricots, sweet potatoes, black olive and orange couscous with almonds

baked salmon filet, red pepper rouille, roasted yukon gold potatoes, green beans with tomato and red pepper

spiced sweet potato souffle with autumn rice pilaf

desserts: sweet potato pie, apple crisp, chocolate orange & almond tart, or cinnamon meringue cookies
