basil chicken breast, penne pasta, red pepper, mushroom and kale ragout

beef minute roast, green beans, roasted sweet potatoes, ginger apple cider reduction

roasted butternut squash stuffed with eggplant and mushroom ratatouille over roasted garlic wild rice


desserts: apple crisp, fruit salad, pear cake
