hanger steak, orange pepper marinade, sauteed kale, roasted onions, yukon gold potatoes and sweet potatoes

chicken kofta, roasted eggplant, spicy chickpeas, tomato & black olive couscous, garlic sauce

salmon filet, cherry tomato relish, roasted green beans, polenta

dessert: oatmeal cranberry bar, cherry chip soy ice cream, sweet potato crisp
