dinner menu 2/1/12

southwest beef chili or creamy butternut squash soup
house salad with choice of dressing


braised lamb shank, couscous, roasted zucchini

cuban chicken, stir fried plantains & peppers, black beans with cumin & lime

spicy mustard trout filet, roasted cajun potatoes & broccoli, lemon caper aioli

desserts:
apple crisp, blueberry cake, chocolate chip cookies, salted oatmeal cookies, fruit salad
