dinner menu 2/20/12

red lentil soup
chickpea stew with tomato & eggplant
house salad with choice of dressing

braised beef with carrots & onions, jalapeno apple chutney, roasted fingerling potatoes & cauliflower

pan fried chicken, roasted squash, couscous, asparagus, blueberry balsamic coulis

pan fried ocean perch filets, celery root puree, lemon shallot kale, celery & green onion aioli

desserts-
blueberry cake, rice pudding, or sesame cookies
