garlic olive meatloaf, roasted fingerlings & shallots, roasted brussels sprouts with apple & jalapeno

mint & basil pesto chicken, roasted portabello quinoa, steamed green beans

caribbean curry fish, garlic couscous, tomato, chickpeas & eggplant

desserts- rice pudding, mint chocolate blondies, coconut cupcakes
