minestrone soup or black bean chili
house salad with choice of dressing

rosemary pink peppercorn beef with roasted butternut squash & wild rice

apricot glazed cornish hen with green beans & sweet potatoes

ocean perch fish & chips, tartar sauce, coleslaw

desserts: peanut butter brownies, coconut milk creme brulee
