roasted butternut squash soup or beef & barley stew
house salad with choice of dressing
farfalle pasta salad
fruit salad

turkey, turkey pastrami, corned beef, tuna waldorf salad, chicken salad, or egg salad
hand carved roast beef sandwich with dijon mayo
pan seared arctic char with sweet potato couscous & asparagus
jamaican jerk lamb with black beans, fried plantains, & cilantro mojo
peanut sesame noodles with tofu, red pepper & scallions
