dinner menu 2/2/12

butternut squash soup or beef barley stew
house salad with choice of dressing

mustard molasses veal roast, sauteed onions & asparagus, caramelized sweet potatoes

baked arctic char filet, coconut rice, sauteed vegetable medley, melon poblano salsa

chicken pomodoro, roasted eggplant & mushrooms, orzo pasta

desserts- peanut butter & chocolate chip blondies, blueberry cake, crunchy salted oatmeal cookies
