dinner menu 2/9/12

1st Course: Minestrone soup, Beef and wild rice stew or House salad with choice of dressing

Main Course: 1) BBQ Swiss steak with cajun potatoes and kale with onions
                       2) Tandoori chicken with cauliflower and basmati rice
                       3) Trout stuffed with mushrooms, leeks and red peppers with
                               olive and herb quinoa
                       4) Angel hair pasta with a tomato cream sauce and poached
                               egg with green beans

Desserts: Apple crisp or Blueberry cake
