cuban plantain soup with cilantro mojo
brazilian squash & tomato stew
house salad with choice of dressing

italian meat balls, roasted mushroom marinara, fettuccine, garlic bread

roasted salmon filet, roasted golden beets, celery root, sweet potatoes, asparagus & spicy apricot soy glaze

roasted cornish hen, saffron mint & golden raisin couscous, sauteed zucchini & cherry tomatoes

dessert- corn cake with coconut custard or apple berry crisp
