dinner menu 2/8/12

minestrone soup
creamy cauliflower soup
house salad with choice of dressing

marinated hanger steak, herb & garlic baked potato, sauteed broccoli & vegetables, steak sauce

roasted turkey breast, sweet potatoes, parsnips, sauteed kale, white wine sauce

peanut encrusted ocean perch, southern green beans & shallots, cranberry rice pilaf

desserts- blueberry cake or apple crisp
