dinner menu 10/10/11

soups- white bean & mushroom or vegetable noodle
house salad with choice of dressing

spicy braised lamb shank with couscous & tomato tahini relish

coconut encrusted chicken breast with caribbean stir fried vegetables, jasmine rice, & coconut pink peppercorn sauce

baked salmon filet with pumpkin risotto, portobella mushrooms, roasted shallots & sage

vegetarian couscous salad with roasted eggplant, pita brea & baba ghanouj spread


dessert- melon sorbet or chocolate cake
