dinner menu 10/4/11

soups- tomato or mushroom barley
house salad with choice of dressing

hanger steak with zip sauce, mashed potatoes, & green beans

turkey breast & squash risotto with apple, kale, & frizzled shallots

thai salmon cakes with peanut sesame noodles, daikon slaw & sweet chile mayo

vegetarian lemon basil orzo with roasted eggplant, red pepper, mushroom & garlic topped with a poached farm egg & fresh basil

desserts- apple crisp, chocolate cherry bread pudding, or melon sorbet
