dinner menu 10/27/11

vegetable barley or butternut squash soup
house salad with choice of dressing
farfalle pasta salad with white beans, mushrooms, & sun dried tomatoes

roasted cornish hen with roasted autumn root vegetables & honey white wine glaze

thyme & black pepper roast beef with redskins, leeks, & horseradish mustard sauce

butternut squash risotto with duck confit, roasted portabellas, asparagus, sage, & shallots

salmon & couscous stuffed trout with green beans & lemon caper aioli

asian peanut sesame noodles with tofu, red peppers, & scallions

desserts- coconut oatmeal cookies, banana flan with chocolate shavings, & cherry chocolate gelato
